Fall Open Enrollment Begins August 1, 2026
We are pleased to offer Benedictine University students and their families insurance plans provided by Delta Dental of Illinois and Teladoc. Students may also enroll in Individual Health Insurance through healthcare.gov or a short-term plan with Pivot Healthcare.
Open Enrollment Periods
- Fall: August 1 – October 31, 2025 (plan effective date September 1)
- Spring: February 1 – March 31, 2026 (plan effective date March 1)
- 6-month plans only

- Individual Insurance through the healthcare.gov. Open Enrollment is November 1 – January 15. You may qualify for a Special Enrollment Period to enroll outside of this window.
- Short Term Insurance plans are available at any time
